As an Assistant Manager in Business Communications, you’ll shape internal messaging, lead multi-channel campaigns, and drive impactful programs that support our people, culture, and brand. Partner with internal and global stakeholders to deliver compelling communications and make your mark in a high-energy, growth-focused setting. Theworkyou’ll do

Lead & execute campaigns: Develop, manage, and deliver employee engagement and internal communications campaigns – spanning emails, newsletters, video scripts, podcasts, leadership messages, gamification, and social channels.
Content creation: Write, edit, and refine high-impact copy that aligns with business objectives for diverse audiences and platforms.
Project management: Oversee campaign pipeline plan, delegate,



prioritize, and ensure timely quality deliverables across multiple projects.
Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with leaders, internal clients, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into transparent, engaging communications.
Team leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, encouraging integration, creativity, and continuous improvement in every project.
Quality & impact: Ensure all team outputs meet brand, risk, and editorial standards; track campaign performance and pivot strategies as needed.
Expand communication solutions: Advise on messaging and recommend innovations to broaden our communication offerings and strengthen Deloitte’s position. Qualifications required
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field.
Experience: 6–8 years in communication roles; minimum 3 years in large organizations deliverin
