Role Overview
We are looking for articulate and empathetic Health Insurance Advisors who can guide families through meaningful conversations around healthcare costs, medical inflation, and the financial risks that come with unexpected medical emergencies.

In this role, you will engage with high-quality customers from GrayQuest’s ecosystem, understand their family’s healthcare needs and financial responsibilities, and conduct structured consultations focused on protecting their family against the rising cost of medical care.

A key part of the consultation will involve helping customers understand the role of health insurance—across individual plans, family floaters, and super top-up cover—in safeguarding their savings from large hospitalization and treatment expenses, and recommending the most suitable options available in the market bas
