This Tax Senior, Tax Services role supports global mobility compensation and payroll activities for client programs and mobile employees. The position focuses on compensation reporting, payroll coordination, balance sheet administration, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication across home and host locations. Compensation and Payroll Management:

Review expatriate payroll instructions and compensation elements including allowances, perks-in-kind, equity income, bonuses, gross-ups, relocation expenses and shadow payroll adjustments to support accurate reporting and client deliverables
Review statements of earnings, gross-up calculations, and payroll data
Coordinate with client contacts, payroll teams, operations teams, and tax compliance teams on payroll start and end dates, shadow payroll,



and compensation adjustments
Reconcile home and host payroll data, identify variances, and drive issue resolution
Lead team discussions, track deliverables, and support escalations related to compensation and payroll matters

Stakeholder and Process Management:

Act as a key point of contact for compensation reporting and payroll-related queries.
Ensure adherence to agreed processes, controls, and service level expectations.
Identify risks impacting payroll, compensation reporting or client deliverables and escalate appropriately.
Support payroll governance and month-end reporting processes.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Participate in automation initiatives involving Alteryx, reporting tools and workflow enhancements.
Support business requirement gathering, testing and implementation of process improvements.
