Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer (Manual) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in manual testing methodologies and a deep understanding of test automation, specifically with Tosca. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing processes.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for manual testing.
Utilize Tosca for test automation to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand requirements and provide feedback on product functionality.
Conduct regression testing and ensure that recent features do not adversely affect existing functionality.




Participate in test case reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve testing processes.
Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance product quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA and testing.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Test Automation using Tosca.
Proficient in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and documentation.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
