About the Role
Acsquare is looking for a Field Sales Executive to build and manage a strong network of painters in the assigned territory and drive direct sales of paint products.
The primary responsibility of this role is simple: meet painters regularly, educate them about our products, get them to try our products, and convert them into regular buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard painters across the assigned territory.
Build strong personal relationships with painters and understand their regular product requirements.
Visit assigned painters regularly and maintain a structured visit schedule.
Conduct one-to-one meetings and painter meetings every two weeks.
Explain Acsquare's paint products, applications, benefits, coverage, quality, pricing, and product differences.
Conduct product demonstrations and encourage painters to use Acsquare products in their projects.
Generate product trials and convert trial users into regular customers.
Take orders directly from painters and ensure timely fulfilment.




Follow up with painters after product usage to collect feedback and encourage repeat purchases.
Maintain regular contact with active painters and identify their upcoming projects.
Introduce new products, offers, schemes, and promotions.
Track each painter's purchase history, product preferences, project pipeline, and potential sales through the CRM.
Identify inactive painters and actively work to bring them back.
Continuously expand the painter network by acquiring current painters.
Monitor competitor paint brands being used by painters and understand why painters prefer them.
Report customer feedback, competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
Achieve monthly sales, new painter acquisition, active painter, and repeat-purchase targets.
Performance Metrics
The employee will be measured primarily on:
Monthly paint sales
Number of painters acquired
Number of active purchasing painters
Number of new product trials
First-to-repeat purchase
