Software Asset Lifecycle Management: Owning end-to-end software asset lifecycle management from request, deployment,



usage, optimization, and retirement. Maintaining accurate and audit-ready software inventories and entitlement records. Ensuring effective software normalization and reconciliations
License Compliance & Audit Management: Ensuring ongoing compliance with software licensing agreements by identifying and remediating compliance gaps and over deployment risks
Cost Optimization: Analysing software usage data to identify optimization and cost reduction opportunities, support contract renewals, license negotiations, and true-up planning with data-driven insights
Tools & Data Management: Administering and operating SAM tools, ensuring data accuracy across systems, and report for license compliance, deployment, and spend visibility
Process & Continuous Improvement: Maintaining and continuously improving SAM policies, standards, and operating procedures aligning with ISO/IEC 19770, ITIL and internal gove
