Key Responsibilities:
Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment objectives to recommend suitable residential projects.
Schedule and coordinate client meetings,



property presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the sales cycle.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM (LeadRat).
Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Stay updated on project inventory, pricing, offers, and Bengaluru real estate market trends.
Consistently achieve monthly targets for site visits, bookings, and revenue.
Participate in weekend site visits, customer events, and promotional activities whenever required.

Candidate Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Bengaluru real estate industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Solid customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities.
