JOB SUMMARY
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives across proprietorship functions. The incumbent will partner with Channel Head/Chief Business Officer, to leverage technology, enable data driven decision making, identify gaps and drive performance to enhance productivity and profitability. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role designed for individuals with robust problem-solving ability, business acumen, and a bias for execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will be expected to challenge conventional ways of working and introduce modern, technology-driven approaches to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
Work closely with a senior leader by participating in key meetings, reviews, and business discussions to build a deep understanding of ways of working, process journeys, sales strategies, decision-making, and current technology usage.
Assess and analyze process structures, workflows, and performance metrics through a data-first lens, identifying inefficiencies, gaps and manual dependencies,



and opportunities for technology-led improvements
Combine technology-led analysis with on-ground realities to define clear problem statements and uncover high-impact opportunities for automation, digitization and growth.
Design high-impact, technology-enabled solutions by prioritizing scalable interventions, focusing on maximum impact with minimal disruption
Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams to translate ideas into practical solutions, ensuring alignment on feasibility, integrations, and user experience
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, including implementation of technology solutions, process redesign, and change management across teams
Enable adoption of technology-driven ways of working by driving usage of digital tools and embedding technology into repetitive processes.
