About the role:
We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for our technical and product teams as we scale. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to build hiring strategies, source and engage hard-to-find technical talent, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to offer. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, in-house environment and is comfortable recruiting for both established and emerging skill sets.
You'll play a key part in building the team that powers Helfie's mission to make preventative healthcare accessible to everyone.
Key responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, from intake through offer, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
Proactively source candidates for niche and hard-to-fill technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search, and other creative sourcing channels.
Screen and assess candidates for technical fit, motivation, and culture alignment, ensuring a robust and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage interview processes end-to-end, including scheduling, panel coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, including passive talent networks.
