The Prospect
We are seeking a Sr. Key Account Manager to support and expand Kian Falcon's presence within the QSR, café, casual dining, and foodservice ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with client accounts
Support account growth through repeat business and expansion opportunities
Coordinate with architects, consultants, procurement teams, project managers, and client stakeholders
Prepare commercial proposals and support costing discussions
Work closely with internal design,



production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
Track project timelines, client communication, collections, and order progress
Maintain sales trackers, CRM systems, and account reports

What We're Looking For
10+ Years of experience in account management, sales, business development, project coordination, or related client-facing roles
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Commercial awareness and customer-centric thinking
Experience working with architects, consultants, procurement teams, and project stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Off
