About the Role
The Client Solutions Manager owns new revenue creation through frontline B2B sales, client conversion, and account relationship management. The role requires building a healthy sales pipeline, translating customer needs into solutions,



and closing business that strengthens growth across food and facilities-oriented institutional markets. Success depends on disciplined lead generation, robust customer conversations, and the ability to move prospects from first contact to signed agreement. The position also carries responsibility for keeping management informed through accurate reporting, market insights, and forecast discipline.

Key Responsibilities
Own lead generation and business development by identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and converting outreach into active pipeline growth. Each action should support revenue creation and stronger market coverage.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships through responsive communication, issue resolution, and regular account engagement. The goal is to improve retention, expand wallet share, and strengthen client confidence.
