JOB SUMMARY:

Azista Industries is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Purchase & Sourcing to steer our global strategic procurement and supply chain functions. Unlike traditional bulk API or chemical raw material purchasing, this executive role centers on Pharma Formulations, Finished Dosage Forms (FDF), CDMO/CMO partner management, and Technology Transfer projects,



while providing strategic sourcing governance across our deep-tech engineering operations.

As a strategic leader, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of contract manufacturing partnerships—from global vendor qualification and dossier acquisitions to commercial contract negotiation and regulatory compliance across US FDA, EU GMP, and WHO GMP standards. You will bridge the gap between R&D;, Regulatory Affairs, QA, and commercial teams to ensure seamless product launches and uncompromised supply chain resilience.

In this role, you will hold direct accountability for critical supply chain performance metrics, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), vendor risk mitigation, and batch-release lead times.
