At Floe, we're building a premium sugar-free mint brand with a growing presence across B2B, retail, and Amazon. We're looking for someone who loves bringing structure to operations and wants to help build a company from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Manage B2B orders from PO to dispatch and delivery
Coordinate with distributors, transporters, warehouses, and courier partners
Maintain invoices, dispatch records, e-way bills, and order documentation
Track inventory across raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and Amazon
Coordinate with manufacturers and packaging vendors
Support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations
Handle customer support across email, WhatsApp, and marketplaces
Identify operational issues and help improve processes
What We're Looking For
2+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or B2B order management
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills




Experience handling documentation such as POs, invoices, and dispatch records
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup
Nice to Have
Amazon Seller Central experience
FMCG or food industry experience
Experience building processes from scratch
