Swish is building a new-age food delivery and operations company focused on speed, execution, customer experience, and scale. As we expand across recent markets, categories, and business opportunities, we are looking for an HR Operations professional to own end-to-end payroll and statutory compliance for this high-volume workforce.

You will be the single point of accountability for accurate, on-time payroll, full compliance under applicable labour laws, and clean audit outcomes—while driving automation across the HR operations lifecycle in a demanding, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll
Own end-to-end monthly payroll for employees across corporate roles and operations (kitchens, delivery, procurement), ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to pay-cycle timelines.
Manage payroll inputs across a distributed, shift-based, high-attrition operations workforce—attendance, leave, incentives, overtime, reimbursements, and deductions.
Process full-and-final (F&F;) settlements at high volume, salary revisions, and arrears.




Ensure Form 16 issuance and accuracy of employee tax computations.
Administer employee benefits and coordinate insurance policy enrolment, renewals, and claims.

Statutory & Compliance

Ensure timely statutory filings and payments—PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF, and Gratuity.
Maintain compliance under applicable labour laws—Shops & Establishments, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA), Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, and gig/platform-worker regulations.
Manage contractor and manpower-vendor compliance end-to-end; validate statutory adherence, licences, and registers for third-party and contract staff across kitchens and delivery.
Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation; manage internal, statutory, and labour audits, inspections, and notices.
Track regulatory changes and update processes proactively to stay compliant as operations scale.
