Effora is building India's next premium beauty technology brand. We are hiring a Product Designer who sees design as a business tool—improving user experience, increasing conversions and strengthening brand perception. This role combines UI/UX, CRO, Brand Design and Content. What You'll Own

Product & Website Experience

- Design intuitive, high-converting website experiences.
- Improve customer journeys through UX research, wireframes and prototypes.
- Continuously optimize user flows and conversion rates.

Design Landing

Pages + CRO

- Design landing pages and PDPs that convert.
- Improve checkout flows, navigation and customer journeys.
- Execute A/B testing with data-driven iterations. Brand & Visual Design
- Own visual assets across website, campaigns, product launches, packaging, emailers,

marketplaces and performance marketing.

- Maintain a premium and consistent brand identity.

Social

Media & Content

- Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Stories, Carousels and launches.
- Collaborate closely with Content & Growth teams.

Video





Editing

- Edit Reels, short-form videos and ad creatives.
- Create simple motion graphics and product storytelling videos.

Design

Systems

- Build scalable design systems, templates and brand guidelines. Who We're Looking For
- 2–3 years as a Product/UI-UX Designer in a D2C, Ecommerce or Consumer Brand.
- Strong UI/UX fundamentals with hands-on CRO experience.
- Experience designing Shopify or Ecommerce experiences.
- Expert in Figma; proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (or similar).
- Solid understanding of typography, layouts and premium visual aesthetics.
- Experience creating social media creatives and performance marketing assets.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams.
