Product Designer

Responsibilities

- Own flows end to end, from problem framing to the last shipped detail
- Extend the design system without letting it fragment
- Sit in on student sessions and design from what you actually saw
- Prototype enough to settle arguments quickly
- Partner with engineering through build, not just at handoff

Requirements

- 2+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing your reasoning
- Fluency in Figma and in maintaining a real design system
- Ability to defend decisions with something other than taste
- Comfort designing dense, information-heavy interfaces

Preferred Skills Nice to have, not required — apply even if none of these are true of you.

- Motion and interaction design
- Enough front-end literacy to read the code your designs become
- Experience designing for low-end Android devices
