Academic & Professional Qualifications

- Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) And
- Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) (Passed in 2019 or earlier)

Key Purpose of this position - Responsible for the end-to-end product costing of the stainless-steel vacuum flask line, including BOM costing, routing & MHR calculation, raw material costing, double-wall flask process costing, and SKU-level profitability analysis. Owns the release of standard costs, variance analysis, and MIS reporting while ensuring accurate SAP data flow. Provides timely insights on production efficiency, material consumption, yield losses, and cost drivers to support plant and commercial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare & maintain product costing, BOM costing, routing-level costing, and SKU-level costing.
- Release monthly standard costs, calculate MHR, and update process costing sheets.
- Build costing for stainless-steel sheets/coil, thickness variance, yield %, scrap impact, and process-wise cost drivers.
- Analyze cycle time, manpower, tool wear, machine utilization & overhead absorption.
- Publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS covering production, consumption, scrap, rejections, rework, and efficiency variance.
- Lead month-end closing (WIP, scrap, yield,



consumption accuracy).
- Monitor coil-to-sheet yield, welding scrap, buffing wastage, packing material variance and bottleneck losses.
- Ensure accurate SAP postings for material consumption, routing, BOM, and production orders.
- Support stock reconciliations and periodic adjustments.
- Conduct cost benchmarking, cycle time analysis, and tool amortisation costing.
- Partner with Production, QA, and Engineering for process improvement, cost reduction, and VA/VE opportunities.
- Support budgeting and profitability analysis for new flask designs/customers.

Key Skills (Specify, if any particular)

- Deep understanding of metal forming, vacuum flask production stages, stainless steel costing.
- Expertise in BOM, routing, MHR, process costing & variance analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, SAP (FICO/MM/PP/CO-PA) and BI tools.
- Ability to monitor cycle time, rejection, scrap, and process efficiency.
- Accuracy, speed, and robust communication.

Experience (Specify, if any area or industry preference)

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setup.
- Preference for experience in stainless steel, houseware, metal fabrication, homeware manufacturing, or consumer durable industry.
- Understanding of SAP FICO and integration knowledge of MM, PP & SD module.
- Advanced Excel & PPT Knowledge
- Proven analytical ability
