We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support & Product Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot customer issues, and support product applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Electrical, Electronics, or IT, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies while delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt technical support and resolve customer queries.

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.

- Assist customers with product installation, configuration, and operational guidance.

- Explain product features, specifications, and applications to customers.

- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for timely issue resolution.

- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated with new technologies.





Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or related discipline) or BCA.

- Freshers with a strong technical foundation or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
