We are seeking a Procurement Officer with proven expertise in sourcing and purchasing materials for building and high‑rise construction projects. The role involves identifying reliable vendors, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring timely delivery of essential supplies such as cement, tiles, bricks, sand, plumbing items, and sanitary ware

. The candidate will be responsible for preparing purchase orders, maintaining vendor records, and coordinating with site engineers to meet project requirements.





Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure building materials (cement, tiles, bricks, sand, plumbing, sanitary).
- Negotiate with vendors and finalize purchase orders.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
- Coordinate with site engineers for timely material delivery.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and project standards.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Material Management or Graduate , Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement for civil building/high‑rise projects.
- Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and local vendor networks.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/procurement software preferred.
