Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procurement Specialist with at least 6-9 years of expertise in sourcing and managing video production services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video production process involving KOL / Celeb / Influencers, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production, along with the ability to negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of video projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing &
- Vendor Management:

Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with video production agencies, freelancers, and other service providers. Negotiate pricing, terms, and service level agreements to ensure the best value for the organization.

- Project Management Support:

Collaborate with internal teams to understand project needs, timelines, and budget requirements. Coordinate with video production vendors to ensure the timely and on-budget delivery of video content.

- Contract Negotiation &

- Compliance:

Draft and review contracts with production companies, ensuring all terms, deliverables, timelines, and intellectual property rights are clearly defined and aligned with organizational needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

- Cost Optimization &

- Budgeting:





Monitor costs throughout the video production lifecycle and propose solutions to optimize budgets without compromising quality. Provide cost breakdowns and track expenditures to maintain financial accountability.

- Quality Assurance:

Oversee the quality of video production outputs, ensuring they meet organizational standards and project objectives. Provide feedback and collaborate with vendors to address any issues in production.

- Market Research &

- Trends:

Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production, and provide recommendations on recent services or tools that could benefit the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience:

Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in procurement or sourcing video production services, with a strong understanding of the video production lifecycle.

- Skills:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of video production processes, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production.

- Proficient in procurement software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Budget management experience, with a focus on cost optimization.

- Education:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field. A professional certification in procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
