Your Impact

As the Procurement & Hub Manager, you'll play a critical role in establishing and scaling our Fresh Fish & Meat business by:

Building and managing a strong network of fish, meat, and seafood suppliers.

Leading end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiations, and vendor onboarding.

Setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the Fresh Fish & Meat Hub.

Planning procurement based on demand forecasts while maintaining optimum inventory levels.

Ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational compliance across the supply chain.

Driving cost optimization while minimizing wastage and operational inefficiencies.

Working closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution.





Building scalable procurement and operational processes to support future growth.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a startup environment.

You'll be a excellent fit if you have:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Fisheries, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or Fresh Food businesses.

Experience in Fish & Meat, Seafood, FMCG, Grocery, Retail, Food Distribution, or Cold Chain operations (preferred).

Strong vendor management, sourcing, and commercial negotiation skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ERP experience is an added advantage).

The ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
