Your Impact As the Procurement & Hub Manager, you'll play a critical role in establishing and scaling our Fresh Fish & Meat business by:

- Building and managing a strong network of fish, meat, and seafood suppliers.
- Leading end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, negotiations, and vendor onboarding.
- Setting up and managing the day-to-day operations of the Fresh Fish & Meat Hub.
- Planning procurement based on demand forecasts while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
- Ensuring product quality, food safety, and operational compliance across the supply chain.
- Driving cost optimization while minimizing wastage and operational inefficiencies.
- Working closely with Operations, Finance, Sales,



and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution.
- Building scalable procurement and operational processes to support future growth.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a startup environment.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Fisheries, Agriculture, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, or Fresh Food businesses.
- Experience in Fish & Meat, Seafood, FMCG, Grocery, Retail, Food Distribution, or Cold Chain operations (preferred).
- Strong vendor management, sourcing, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ERP experience is an added advantage).
- The ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
