The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring workflows, maintaining process documentation, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring company operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Coordinate and monitor company processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements for better productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all departments follow defined operational processes and company policies.
- Track process performance and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement process improvements.
- Resolve process-related issues and escalate concerns where necessary.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Fresher candidates with strong organizational skills can apply.
- Solid understanding of SOP management and process improvement practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and operational reporting tools.
