Job Summary We are hiring Process Associates – Prior Authorization for our US Healthcare team. We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), particularly in Prior Authorization, Insurance Verification, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denial Management, and Medical Claims. Candidates should be comfortable working on a night shift and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Prior Authorization requests for US Healthcare providers.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Review and process medical claims accurately.
- Handle denial management by identifying, analyzing, and resolving claim denials.
- Utilize provider portals to verify claim status and authorization details.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain required authorizations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending authorizations and claims.
- Maintain productivity and quality targets while adhering to client guidelines.
- Accurately document all activities in internal systems.
- 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare.
- Experience in Prior Authorization, AR, Insurance Verification, or Denial Management.
- Good understanding of medical claims processing.
- Experience working with provider portals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
