- Provide customer support via Voice, Chat, and Email in Polish.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility
- Polish Language Proficiency: B2/C1 (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills.
- Graduates or candidates with BPO/Customer Experience background preferred.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
