Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced PRO Typist to handle government-related documentation, visa processing, and labor transactions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in UAE labour and immigration laws, and experienced in both Mainland and Freezone operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate typing for government applications and official documents
- Process employment visas, residence visas, Emirates ID, and medical fitness applications
- Handle labor-related transactions including work permits, labor contracts, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
- Manage immigration procedures through GDRFA, E-Channel, and other relevant portals
- Coordinate with Tasheel, MOHRE, ICP, and Freezone authorities
- Track and update visa, labor, and immigration records
- Prepare and submit daily task reports and transaction summaries
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and Immigration regulations
- Follow up on application statuses and resolve rejections or discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all government transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant UAE experience as a PRO Typist
- Hands-on experience with Tasheel, GDRFA, MOHRE, E-Channel, Medical and Emirates ID portals
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Immigration procedures
- Experience handling both Mainland and Freezone company processes
- Positive organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
