Job Summary
The Microsoft 365 Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, security and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments. This role manages identity and access services, collaboration platforms, messaging systems, hybrid identity infrastructure and security controls while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices. The position requires expertise in Microsoft 365 services, Azure identity management, automation, and end-user support.
Job Descriptions




Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including: Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Enterprise Mobility & Security (EMS), Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).
Administer Microsoft Entra ID environments, including Azure AD B2B and Azure AD B2C.
Create, modify, and maintain user accounts, groups, administrative roles and access permissions.
Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across Microsoft 365 and Azure resources.
Configure and maintain Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
Deploy and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access policies and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations for cloud applications.
Configure password protection and identity protection policies.
