Responsibilities

Role Overview

Lead the Development Factory to deliver automation at scale across network, cloud, and security domains. Ensure predictable delivery, operational stability, and transformation outcomes through strong governance and execution control.

Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and execution
Drive adoption of artificial intelligence for operations, closed loop automation, and intent driven networking
Coordinate across feature teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Establish governance frameworks, key performance indicators, and reporting
Ensure quality, release readiness, and dependency management
Stabilize operations by reducing incidents, manual effort, and recovery time
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on delivery progress and risks

Required Skills & Experience

Strong delivery governance and execution leadership
Experience managing large-scale automation or transformation programs
Expertise in stakeholder and vendor management




Ability to drive operational stability and continuous improvement
