Role Description This is a part-time Key Account Manager role based in Hong Kong SAR, offered on a hybrid basis, with a mix of on-site client engagement and work-from-home flexibility. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic customers. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, coordinating service delivery, preparing account plans, monitoring performance metrics,



and identifying opportunities to expand services or solutions. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer issues, ensuring high-quality customer service, and supporting business planning and forecasting for key accounts. The Key Account Manager will also prepare regular reports, participate in review meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in account management processes.
