Responsibilities

Techno-Commercial Strategy & Support
Lead techno-commercial evaluation of all site-level initiatives, projects, and operational decisions.
Provide technical insights for commercial negotiations, vendor selection, and procurement decisions.
Align site operations with business goals through value analysis and cost optimization initiatives.
ALL & Warehousing Integration
Oversee techno-commercial aspects of ALL (AALL) and warehousing operations.
Ensure cost-effective material movement, storage, and handling systems.
Collaborate with stores and warehousing teams to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Support planning and optimization of logistics, space utilization, and inventory control systems.
Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities across materials, logistics, and storage.
Conduct value engineering and benchmarking exercises.
Monitor and analyze cost structures to improve profitability and efficiency.
Vendor & Contract Management
Support vendor evaluation from both technical and commercial perspectives.




Participate in contract negotiations and finalization of techno-commercial terms.
Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Capex Planning & Evaluation
Evaluate capex proposals for plant, warehousing, and infrastructure improvements.
Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations.
Recommend investments aligned with long-term business and operational strategy.
Systems, Processes & Compliance
Ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and internal controls.
Support implementation and monitoring through ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
Maintain documentation, reporting standards, and audit readiness.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, production, finance, and site leadership teams.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and commercial stakeholder
