Golden Venue is looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. If you're confident on calls, good at converting leads, and enjoy working in a fast-paced sales workplace, we'd love to hear from you.
Role: Sales Executive
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 1.5 – 2 years (Sales/Telecalling preferred)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Incentives on achieving targets
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Understand client requirements (event type, date, guest count, budget) and recommend suitable venues
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with the operations team for site visits and bookings
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in sales/Telecalling
Candidate must be based in Gurugram or nearby areas
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Comfortable with WhatsApp-based client communication
Self-motivated and target-oriented
