About Babaclick
Babaclick powers international eCommerce infrastructure across major global markets, including the UK and US. Our Gurgaon team builds and runs the systems behind sourcing, pricing, supplier management, catalogue growth, and fulfilment — at scale, and increasingly with AI embedded into how we operate.

The Role
We're looking for graduates who want to use software to solve real business problems, not just write code. You'll work alongside experienced engineers on live production systems — internal platforms, workflow automation, API integrations, catalogue and pricing infrastructure, and operational tooling — building the growth mechanisms that drive incremental, year-on-year revenue growth.

Most projects start with a genuine business problem, not a spec. You'll learn to understand how something works, find where it breaks, design a fix, ship it, and see the impact — often measured directly in revenue growth, efficiency gained, or scale unlocked.





Strong performers progress into a permanent Full-Stack Software Engineer role.

Who We're Looking For
Graduates who've completed their degree, can commit full-time on-site, and think like builders — curious about the business, not just the tech stack.

You should be able to show:
Real software you've built — personal projects, open-source, hackathons, freelance work
Sharp analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
Genuine interest in how technology drives revenue and commercial outcomes
Fast independent learning, high ownership, strong follow-through
Excellent written and spoken English

Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, SQL, and Git is a plus. Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot) is expected — it's simply how modern engineering works now.
