Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for driving student enrollments and promoting Trade Aura Institute’s training programs.



Day-to-day activities include engaging prospective learners through calls, in-person meetings, and digital channels, understanding their educational needs, and presenting suitable course offerings. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, conducting product demonstrations or consultations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with training and marketing teams to execute outreach campaigns, support events or seminars, and provide high-quality customer service before and after enrollment. This role also requires gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and meeting individual and team-based targets.
