Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Men’s Wear Merchandiser role based in Mumbai. The Men’s Wear Merchandiser will plan and manage assortments, ranges, and seasonal collections for men’s apparel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and customer preferences. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and production teams, selecting fabrics and trims, overseeing sampling, and ensuring products meet agreed quality and cost targets.



The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing customer feedback, and adjusting merchandise plans to optimize inventory, margins, and sell-through. The Men’s Wear Merchandiser will also work with suppliers, negotiate timelines and pricing, and support visual presentation and promotion strategies in line with the merchandising calendar.
Qualifications
Experience in men’s wear merchandising or apparel merchandising, with a strong understanding of product categories such as shirts, trousers, denim, and casual wear.
Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, sizing, and quality standards relevant to men’s fashion.
Ability to analyze sales data, forecast demand, and plan assortments to balance trend, price, and inventory levels.
Strong coordination and negotiation skills to work effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
