JOB OVERVIEW

The Accounting Manager will lead and oversee the organization’s US and India accounting operations, day-to-day general ledger and close process, financial reporting, compliance, and internal control framework. This role is responsible for owning the month-end and year-end close, preparing consolidated and business unit–level financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and other applicable standards, ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions,



and providing technical accounting and strategic financial leadership to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and relevant experience in the IT industry.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Prepare, review, and finalize consolidated financial statements and business unit–level financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and other applicable accounting standards.
Own and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process across the US and India entities, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and balance sheet account reconciliations, to deliver an accurate and timely close.
Manage consolidation of the US and India entities, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, intercompany profit elimination, and foreign currency translation, ensuring the integrity of consolidated results.
