Role brief:
As a Senior Program Associate, you will design and deliver impactful corporate
volunteering experiences by collaborating with corporates, NGOs, and internal
teams. You will own end-to-end event planning and execution, ensuring seamless
delivery across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats. This role requires
strong stakeholder management,
operational excellence, and a passion for
creating scalable volunteering programs that drive meaningful social impact.
Responsibilities:
Curate, Source, and Implement corporate volunteering events
Able to scale up the event experience with different strategies
Map corporate volunteering engagements with NGOs
Lead events on various platforms and in different formats for a variety of
corporates
Curate monthly volunteering calendars for each corporate
Liaise with multiple stakeholders like NGOs, volunteers, clients and experts
from the sector
Create Standard Operating Procedures around event execution
Provide timely feedback about the NGOs’ performance and how to get them to
Goodera standard To handle invoicing and payouts for stakeholders
