Website and Revenue Optimization
Drive monthly LMS purchases (excluding advanced courses) by expanding the course portfolio, executing effective promotions and positioning LMS as a strong value offering within LCHHS ecosystem.
Scale advanced LMS programs that require higher consideration, deeper engagement, and premium positioning, while protecting brand value and client experience.
Increase inbound program leads through optimized website journeys and content enhancements that drive direct enrollment.
Grow the consults vertical by strengthening traffic, visibility and conversion through collaboration across sales, SEO, content and digital.

Team Leadership and Execution
Direct digital marketing and creative teams in designing and launching comprehensive, end-to-end campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.




Build high-performing email campaigns that enhance engagement, support launches and drive brand and revenue goals.
Design and execute lead nurture journeys to improve qualification and support sales conversions across all categories of clients.
Provide strategic brand inputs for partnerships and collaborations, ensuring alignment with positioning and goals.
Lead the creative and execution teams to deliver content, design and digital requirements with discipline, accuracy and brand alignment.

New Projects and Strategic Initiatives
Strategic direction, scoping and guidance on current initiatives.
Support onboarding of new experts to ensure integration with brand, quality of content and consistency of client experience.
