Your Role

As an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized customer journeys and omnichannel marketing campaigns using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, campaign managers, and data teams to deliver scalable, data-driven customer experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes.

In this role you will play a key role in:
Designing, building, and configuring customer journeys, campaigns, and decisioning strategies in Adobe Journey Optimizer.




Developing personalized customer experiences across channels including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web.
Integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CRM systems, CDPs, and third-party marketing tools.
Creating audience segmentation, event-based triggers, and real-time customer profiles for targeted communications.
Developing dynamic content, offer decisioning logic, and personalization rules using Adobe technologies.

Expertise in journey orchestration, campaign management, offer decisioning, personalization, and channel execution.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
Robust knowledge of Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, Schemas (XDM), Segmentation, and Data Ingestion.
API & Integration Development
Experience with REST APIs, Adobe I/O, JSON, OAuth, and integration with CRM, CDP, and enterprise applications.
