Configure and maintain Workday Benefits, including eligibility rules, benefit plans, enrollments, life events,
and carrier feeds.
Provide Benefits administration support by resolving enrollment issues, retroactive changes, and life event transactions.
Configure and support Workday HCM Business Processes and Security.
Execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) loads ranging from simple to complex.
Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with benefits carriers and third-party vendors.
Manage support requests through JIRA and ServiceNow.
Create and manage user stories and tasks in JIRA.
Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
Workday Advantages configuration (eligibility, plans, enrollments, life events, carrier feeds)
Benefits administration support and issue resolution (enrollments, retro changes, life events)
Strong understanding of Workday HCM Bus
