Job Summary
Looking for experienced Appian Developers / Appian BPM Consultants to design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflow and business process management solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian BPM Platform
Create and maintain Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Records, Reports, and Business Rules
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Work on workflow automation, case management, and business process optimization
Perform application enhancements, code reviews, and performance tuning
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Support testing, deployment, and production support activities
Follow Appian development best practices and governance standards




Requirements
10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Appian Development / BPM
Hands-on experience with Appian SAIL, Process Models, Records, Reports, and Integrations
Robust knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation
Experience integrating Appian with enterprise applications and databases
Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Web Services
Experience in implementation, enhancement, and support projects
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Appian L2 Certification or above
Experience in Appian Tempo, Sites, and Case Management solutions
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with cloud-based Appian deployments
Appian Lead Developer experience is an added advantage
