Role Description The BIM Mentor will provide day-to-day guidance and instruction to learners in BIM tools, workflows, and best practices through project-based training. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering lessons, supervising hands-on project work, reviewing learner outputs, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development. The role involves collaborating with the training team to update course materials, demonstrate industry-standard processes,
and help learners understand how BIM is applied in professional practice. The BIM Mentor will also track learner progress, address questions, and contribute to a supportive learning environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode.
