The Director, Product Design & Content will lead India-based and globally distributed work across design systems, content design, product design standards, product operations, and intern or early-career development. This leader will establish practical operating models, quality bars, and coaching rhythms that help Sprinklr’s product experience become more coherent, usable, accessible, and AI-ready across product suites.
