The Senior Manager, Recruitment – South Asia, is a strategic talent advisor
responsible for building sustainable, ready-to-hire talent pipelines to support
both hotel openings and ongoing operational needs across South Asia.
You will deliver recruitment outcomes to the South Asia team by identifying,
engaging, assessing, and qualifying talent in the market ahead of demand,
ensuring the business has access to diverse, high-quality candidates through
robust talent communities and in-market talent banks. Working closely with the
APAC recruitment leaders, business leaders, and HR partners, you will position
Hilton as an employer of choice and enable faster, higher-quality hiring
decisions.
The key focus of this role is recruitment activities to hire GM & 4D talents for
opening hotels, as well as supporting the hiring of critical positions in the
operating hotel estate.
