About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Financial Controller to lead our accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and governance functions. This role will own the integrity of our financial statements, strengthen internal controls, drive automation across finance processes, and ensure the organization is audit- and diligence-ready at all times.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who enjoys building scalable finance processes in a fast-growing startup workplace while partnering closely with business, operations, legal, tax, and leadership teams.

What You'll Own

Financial Reporting & Close
Own the monthly, quarterly,



and annual financial close process with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare financial statements in compliance with Ind AS and applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensure robust balance sheet reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial reviews.
Deliver management reports with actionable insights on financial performance and key business metrics.

Accounting & Finance Operations
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll accounting, General Ledger, and cash management.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals, and provisions.
Drive process improvements and automation.
Build scalable accounting processes that support rapid business expansion.

Controls, Governance & Compliance
Design and strengthen financial controls and accounting policies.
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.
