The Role:
This is the most important commercial hire AdlerTech Intelligence will make.



The Business Development Manager is the face of the company in every client room — running discovery calls, explaining our 18-service AI portfolio in plain business language, pitching the AI Readiness Audit as the entry offer, and owning the full sales funnel from first meeting to signed AMC retainer.
This is not a desk role. You will be on factory floors in MIDC Kagal, in boardrooms in Kolhapur, and on video calls with SME founders across India. You will be the person who converts a business owner's vague interest in AI into a signed ₹20,000 Audit engagement — and then a ₹1.5 to 7 Lakh project, and then a ₹12,000 to 50,000/month AMC retainer.
If you can sell in simple language, build trust rapid with business owners, and stay persistent without being pushy — this role will reward you exceptionally well through a base salary plus performance incentives that compound as the AMC base grows.
