About Role :

The Head of Business Finance is a strategic finance leader responsible for partnering with the Founders and business leadership to drive profitable growth. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Growth, and Strategy.

You will own financial planning, business performance, unit economics, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives while building scalable planning and reporting processes for a high-growth consumer technology company. This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between boardroom strategy and operational execution.

Strategic Business Partnering




Partner closely with Founders and functional leaders on key business decisions.
Influence pricing, expansion, customer acquisition, product launches, and investment decisions through financial insights.
Build business cases for recent cities, cloud kitchens, categories, and strategic initiatives.
Drive financial discipline while enabling rapid growth.

Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead AOP, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
Develop driver-based financial models for revenue, contribution margins, operating costs, and cash flows.
Prepare monthly business reviews for leadership and investors.
Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Business Performance Management
Own company-wide business performance dashboards.
Monitor GMV, Revenue, CAC, Retention, LTV, Contribution Margins, Kitchen Margins, Last-Mile Economics, Material Margins, Customer Cohorts, AOV, CPO, Inventory Turns, and EBITDA.
