About Position:

We are looking for an experienced OutSystems Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications for loan processing and reconciliation workflows. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in OutSystems development, API integrations, data modeling, and application development best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and lead developers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications that support critical business operations.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain OutSystems applications supporting loan processing and reconciliation workflows.
Convert user stories, business requirements, and functional specifications into scalable technical solutions.
Design and implement application components, modules, and business processes within the OutSystems platform.
Build and maintain data models, entities, relationships, and business logic.




Develop and integrate REST and SOAP APIs with financial systems and external applications.
Create responsive and user-friendly UI screens, dashboards, and application components.
Implement reusable components and design patterns to improve development efficiency and maintainability.
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing, functional testing, and UAT activities.
Troubleshoot application issues, analyze defects, and perform root cause analysis.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with Lead Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and OutSystems best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, estimations, reviews, and retrospectives.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documents.
