POSITION OVERVIEW

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Paid Media who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Bing Ads. The role will primarily focus on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, while also supporting search, shopping, display, Performance Max, and Bing campaigns.




The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, budget optimization, creative testing, lead generation, e-commerce sales campaigns, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Responsibilities include:
Create and manage campaigns for awareness, traffic, leads, engagement, conversions, and sales.
Work on campaign structure, audience segmentation, interest targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rate.
Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad copies, banners, reels, videos, and carousel creatives.
Run A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
Manage retargeting campaigns for website visitors, engaged users, abandoned carts, and past customers.
