We are growing in Charleston and looking for a physical therapist who wants to be part of that mission. Not someone looking for comfort. Someone who wants to grow, contribute, provide amazing care, and make an impact.

You Will

Manage provider schedules, including cancellations, rescheduling, and schedule adjustments
Manage, train, and oversee clinical staff regarding patient experience, systems,



and operations
Optimize scheduling efficiency and maintain strong provider utilization
Respond to inbound calls and guide prospective patients toward booking consults or evaluations
Maintain organization and accuracy within our CRM (Hubspot), and EMR systems
Report and monitor key clinic metrics
Provide light weekend support
Build administrative workflows that keep the clinic running smoothly
Welcome patients to our Daniel Island clinic and maintain a professional, organized setting
Check in with patients throughout their plan of care and support review requests

When executed well, providers stay near capacity, patients feel supported and valued, and daily operations run smoothly.
