We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid and organic acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of hands-on experience across SEM and SEO, with a proven track record of developing channel strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth.

This role requires expertise in managing and improving performance across major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads, along with proficiency in analytics, reporting, and optimization tools. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with robust analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing initiatives.

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping acquisition strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring marketing investments deliver maximum return.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop, execute,



and continuously manage SEM and SEO strategies aligned with quarterly business objectives and growth targets.
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
Analyze campaign, channel, and audience performance to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.
Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and user journeys to improve overall marketing performance.
Own and manage paid media budgets, monitor daily spend, and make data-driven adjustments to bids, targeting, creative assets, and campaign strategies.
Create and present regular performance reports, insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with Analytics, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure the
